Marketing Team
Round one:
There will be an interview for all registered students on 17th, 18th, 19th august (registration will be done on the same day from 4.30 to 5.30) and interviews will be conducted from 5.00 to 6.30.
Interview will start with a basic introduction. We will then check the communication skills and convincing power of the student by asking them to market for any random product, ask them for how can they add on in marketing strategies for the magazine. ask the students for the contacts if they have any.
This will lead to a short list of around 15 to 20 students for second round.
Round two:
We will interview the shortlisted students for the second time. In this round we will actually ask the students to market for the magazine, ask them for the group they are going to target for sponsorships.
We have decided to shortlist students mainly from 2nd and 1st year, and from 3rd year if anyone is exceptionally capable, and we prefer day scholars as our recruits.

Technical Team
We will give a Quick Objective Questionnaire to all the students who are interested in being a part of the Technical Team of Enginium. It will be a simple 30 minutes quiz session to measure where you stand in terms of smartness and being updated in this advancing world.
Shortlisted candidates(around 10) will be called for an interview.

Hindi Team
A written test followed by interview..
in written test ,we will see the students' ideas towards the topic; how she interprets her thoughts in a different style.. can be sarcastic ,funny ,serious,poetic way...
It is not necessary that the student is expected to come with good hindi vocabulary but she should maintain our national language's dignity....the innovation in ideas and confidence in self is prime necessity..if any student has any prior work they can bring the same during test(if any)

Arts Team
We will judge them on the basis of the kind of work they can do.
1st--> A topic will be given to then..they can paint,sketch or do
anything they want like thumb painting if they want to
2nd-->We will be interviewing them on the spot about other crafts works
that they can do. Which will be done later (not on the same day )

II and III year-
1) A previously designed page has to be submitted by each participant on or before 26th of August.(This designed page can be section page of the magazine for example).
2) 1 to 2 hour test for designing Cover Page for the magazine Enginium. This has to done using the image files provided to the participants on the same day.
Round II-
Interview of selected candidates from the Round I ;whose names and date of interview will be displayed on notice board.*

ReplyDeleteWell the recruitment fever is almost over and it proved to be a gr8 experience for the participants to explore themselves and let their talents being exposed..it ws damn exciting and stimulating too... after everything enginium is surely going to have talented and well deserving candidates this yr also..most of the final results r yet to cum..i m also waiting for the technical team final results..congrats to them who hv been selected in any of the team...and all the best for them who r waiting for the results...enginium rocks!!!!
